What is a new pool going to cost me?
There are many things to take into consideration: Budget | Available space | Design, etc.
Here are some examples of recent renderings and the proposal price. The 2 biggest factors on pricing are perimeter and whether or not you want a spa. Additional cost factors are unique, like tree removal, concrete work, concrete surface treatment, etc.
Please note: due to the current state of the world, prices have steadily increased on all aspects of doing business. The following proposal examples are from Qtr1 to Qtr2 2022. If these projects were to be proposed today, the pricing may be higher.
